Delete your account

In the app

1. Open DuouD and tap your photo at the top of the screen to open your Profile.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.
4. For your security, the app may ask you to sign in with Google again. Keep the app open until you see the confirmation.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email contact@jods.dev with the subject "Delete my DuouD account", from the same email as your Google account. We will confirm the request and complete the deletion within 15 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email, photo and preferences.
• Your marked days, friendships, invites and notifications.
• Your DuouD sign-in.

What may remain for a while

• Challenges you were doing with someone else are ended and stay in their history, without your name and photo.
• Database backups are erased within 30 days.
• Usage statistics, crash logs and session recordings do not identify you by name and expire within the periods in the Privacy policy.

Deletion cannot be undone. If you want to come back later, just sign in again: a new, empty account will be created.
